If you are experiencing infertility in Japan, you may feel very uncomfortable because of the difference of the language, culture, and medication. Having stressful time for infertility treatment is quite natural. I hope you won't have another stressful feeling because of having it.
Express your feelings and thoughts are helpful to cope with your uncomfortableness
You may have limited support regarding infertility treatment in Japan, especially in psychological care. You are contacting with your friends or families who are living in your country, but they may have difficulties in understanding your worries (
because they don't really know about Japanese infertility treatment)
One thing you can try is to write down your feelings and thoughts, not for your friends and families, but for yourself, like a diary. Expressing your sadness, confusion, anger, worries, tiredness, and so on, is very very important. It is quite different just feel those emotion from writing them down and read them, repeatedly.
